Robbie is an equity analyst on the Rathbone UK Opportunities Fund. He joined us in October 2021, having previously worked at Mirabaud Asset Management as a UK equity fund analyst. Robbie is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder as well as a chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), having started his career on the graduate programme at Ernst & Young. Outside of work, Robbie’s a sports fanatic, enjoying riverside runs, five-a-side football and tennis (when the weather permits). He keeps his mind sharp with intense one-minute games of chess. His Duolingo streak has left him with an enviable Spanish vocabulary, yet the inability to speak with any kind of proper accent. He looks back fondly on the ‘golden age’ of HBO television, counting The Wire and The Sopranos as his favourite series.
